Information you provide
We may receive contact and business information when you request a demo, ask for support, use the public support assistant, create an account, or connect a service. This can include your name, work email, phone number, business name, message, and the product areas you ask about.
Public website and support assistant
Demo, support, and assistant interactions may be retained to respond to your request, maintain service quality, prevent abuse, and understand product interest. The public assistant is designed to answer from approved VeloHub information and should not be given passwords, payment-card data, API keys, private customer records, or other sensitive information.
Connected Google services
When an authorized business user connects Google services, VeloHub uses the granted information only to provide the requested VeloSEO features, such as displaying business-profile facts, website search performance, analytics evidence, and related recommendations. Google data is not sold. Access can be disconnected from VeloHub and revoked from the user’s Google Account.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, email-delivery, security, analytics, and AI providers to operate the services. They receive only the information reasonably needed to perform those functions and are subject to their own agreements and safeguards.

We retain information only as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling. To request access, correction, connection removal, or deletion, email privacy@velohub.ai.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to reduce risk, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Do not transmit secrets through the public forms or assistant.
